Much of our body (60%) is made up of water which is required for our biological processes. Every day we lose water which must be replaced. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day ensures proper hydration.
 
Do some physical activity
Physical exercise is one of the keys to a healthy life. An active lifestyle is recommended to prevent chronic diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and certain cancers. Doing at least 30 minutes physical exercise a day on a regular basis is recommended.
 
Keep your weight stable
It’s a good idea to reach a healthy and appropriate weight and maintain it, avoiding excessive fluctuations.
