What should you eat?

Feel good through having a healthy and balanced diet
Respect all meals
It is important to divide your food intake into 5 or 6 meals a day: breakfast, midmorning, lunch, tea, dinner and before bedtime. You should also stick to a regular timetable.
Don’t skip meals.
Make sure your menu is not repetitive. 
Eat fruit and vegetables
Ensure you eat fruit and vegetables as they are a great source of fibre, vitamins and minerals.
2-3 pieces of fruit and 2 or more servings of vegetables a day are recommended. 
Eat fibre-rich foods
Fibre helps you to have a healthy diet and is good for your digestive system. It can be found in whole grain cereals, wholemeal grain and bread, vegetables, pulses, fruit, nuts, etc.
